Hatha Yoga 

Hatha Yoga is a preparatory process of Yoga. The word “ha” means sun, “ta” means moon. “Hatha” means the Yoga to bring balance between the sun and the moon in you, or the Pingala and Ida in you. You can explore Hatha Yoga in ways that take you beyond certain limitations, but fundamentally, it is a physical preparation – preparing the body for a higher possibility.

Pranayama

“Pranayama” translates to the control of life force. It is also known as the extension of breath. Every cell in our bodies needs oxygen to function properl. A regular practice of controlled breathing can decrease the effects of stress on the body and increase overall physical and mental health. Discover Pranayama in combination with with asanas (postures) to find a balance of body, mind and soul. 

Yoga Nidra

Yoga nidra is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and  the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the  inner world by following a set of verbal instructions. In yoga nidra the practitioner remains in a state of light withdrawal of the 5 senses.
It is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. 

Soundhealing / Soundmassage

Sound therapy with Tibetan singing bowls is an ancient form of regeneration. The first bowls were made from an alloy of various metals and were used already 6000 years ago in the Far East. Tibetan singing bowls area a mysterious acoustic phenomenon.

The sound of Tibetan singing bowls and the gong harmonizes and allows deep relaxation of both sides of the brain. It stimulates stress relief on all levels and the elimination of toxins from the body. After sound therapy emotions are calm and the mind clearer, and the sound vibrations have effect on the body after the singing bowls have been played on it.
